| Behavior rules at the festival |
Dear friends, visitors of the festival!
In the festival territory operate laws and the constitution of the Russian Federation, and also the rules of behavior established by organizers of festival:

1. When you entering the festival territory please take a good mood, light thoughts, the peace and rest in your heart. And all negative please leave outside.
2. It is necessary to treat all people surrounding you good and with respect, and also attendants, security services, actors and musicians. Be polite to everybody, irrespective of a rank, a social status, the form of clothes and musical predilections.
3. In the festival territory «Music – Yes!» the use of abusive words and curses is strictly forbidden.
4. With a view of safety we ask you to treat with respect and understanding to examination procedure on entrance and an input on the festival territory.
5. Do not forget that the excessive use of alcohol can be injurious to your health, a spirit condition, mood of people surrounding you, and lead to unforeseen circumstances. |
At our festival the following poem of the Omar Khayyam is in use:

6. Do not try to get on the festival territory without the ticket or through a protection. All infringers of rules will be brought in the black list by name and never can get on our festival.
7. Observe cleanliness in the festival territory. Throw out garbage in containers specially taken away for it. For natural needs go only to toilets.
8. If you have faced with aggressively adjusted, spiteful, or the inadequate people which behavior can serve as threat for associates, do not try to solve this problem - address to festival and police security services.
9. In the festival territory it is possible to burn fires only in places specially made for this purpose (we provide fire wood).
10. Do not leave money and documents without supervision. |
It is strictly forbidden to carry on the festival territory:

1. Alcohol and water in any container (including thermoses).
2. Canned food in metal and glass jars.
3. Fresh meat, fish, sausages.
4. Drugs in any form.
5. All kinds and forms of the weapon and everything that can be equal to it, including - any knifes and axes.
6. Kerosene stoves, torches, gas bags.
7. Fireworks, salute.
8. Tents without the tent ticket.
9. Pets. |
Attention!
All forbidden subjects will be confiscated to the luggage room at the examination on the entrance gate, and returned you only at the exit. Luggage room is paid.
It is recommended to take to the festival:

1. Good mood, light thoughts, the peace and rest in your heart.
2. Warm clothes and accessories in case of a rain.
3. A camera, a volleyball ball, badminton, a bathing suit or swimming trunks, sunglasses, etc.
4. A mobile phone.
5. Money (quantity depending on your possibilities and requirements).

The documents proving the identity: the passport or a driving license, and also the policy of medical insurance (or its copy).

Uglich is the most beautiful city of the central Russia with a rich culture and history, is chosen by organizers for the festival «MUSIC – Yes!» in 2010.
Uglich is residence of all Russian tsars, it is a pearl city of «Golden Ring»:
305 monuments of architecture, about 100 historical monuments, an Uglich area is called Russian Switzerland.
More than 250 thousand tourists annually visit this ancient city on Volga.
The river routes Moscow – St.-Petersburg, Moscow – Astrakhan pass through Uglich.
